Sales Negotiator South Liverpool

Salary: £23,500 + OTE up to £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time office based (36 hours per week), permanent position. Youll work 5 days a week, including every other Saturday (with a day off in the week).

Our client is currently recruiting for a motivated Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team at a leading UK estate agency. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for property and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Conduct property viewings and negotiate sales
Achieve sales targets and KPIs
Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process
Assist with property listings and marketing efforts
Manage sales progression from offer to completion

About you
Experience having a strong sales approach with a focus on securing win-win agreements
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Genuine enthusiasm for the property industry
Professional appearance
Capable of working part of a team and on your initiative
Exceptionally organized with effective time-management skills
