Description
- Responsible for overseeing student and residential apartments.
- Managing day to day queries from both tenant and landlords.
- Frequently conducting viewings ensuring full occupancy.
- Maintaining the highest level of customer care and service.
- Coordinating maintenance for properties, including with liaising with contractors and landlords.
- Identifying and maximizing business development opportunities.
Profile
A successful 'Lettings Manager' should have:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in student lettings.
- Strong customer service and team working skills.
- Excellent organisation, prioritisation and planning skills.
- Knowledge of property regulations and legal requirements.
