Job DescriptionAt Sutton Kersh, we are seeking a highly motivated Accompanied Viewer to join our Auctions team on a zero-hours contract. This flexible role is based in Liverpool and offers the opportunity to be part of a dynamic environment, showcasing auction properties to potential buyers.A Quick Look at the Role:As an Accompanied Viewer, you will be responsible for conducting viewings of our auction properties, ensuring potential buyers receive a professional and informative experience. You’ll present key features of properties, answer questions, and support the sales team to contribute to the successful sale of properties at auction.
