As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a motivated and dynamic Auction Negotiator to join the successful team.

Job Overview:As an Auction Negotiator, you will play a key role in sourcing and negotiating property sales for auction. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, securing instructions, and guiding buyers and sellers through the auction process. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious property professional with sales experience to develop their career within a market-leading auction house.

Key Responsibilities:路Source and secure property instructions for auction through proactive lead generation and client networking路Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of service and client satisfaction路Provide expert advice to buyers and sellers on auction procedures, pricing strategies, and market trends路Conduct property valuations and prepare detailed property appraisals路Negotiate sales terms and agreements to maximise outcomes for clients路Support the auction team on auction day, including client communication and post-auction processes路Stay informed on property market developments, regulations, and auction trends

Essential Requirements:路A minimum of 12 months of property sales experience路Proven track record in hitting sales targets and delivering results路Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle路Excellent negotiation and communication skills路Strong ability to build rapport with clients and provide expert advice路Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently路Solid organisational and time-management skills

Hours - Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Desirable Skills:路Knowledge of the auction process or prior auction experience路Familiarity with the local property market in the North West
