Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and personable Lettings Manager to join our clients Liverpool-based team. This role requires an individual with 2-5 years of property management experience and a strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. The Lettings Manager will be responsible for new client onboarding, property advertising and marketing, and day-to-day lettings management.

What You’ll Be Doing:

?? Onboarding new landlords and expanding our property portfolio.

?? Creating innovative marketing strategies to advertise properties and attract tenants.

?? Managing property viewings, tenancy agreements, and move-ins seamlessly.

?? Ensuring compliance with legal and safety regulations.

?? Building strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors to deliver excellent service.

What We’re Looking For:

?? 2-5 years of experience in property management, lettings, or a similar role.

?? Strong knowledge of property laws, compliance standards, and tenancy processes.

?? Excellent communication and organizational skills.

?? Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
