Position: Lettings & Property ManagerSalary: £40k plus bonus (depending on experience)

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lettings & Property Manager to run and grow our Liverpool office. This role is ideal for someone with 2-3 years of experience in residential lettings (houses, flats, and HMOs) and property management who is looking for a managerial position in a growing company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all current properties are let and adequately managed
  • Handle tenant and landlord queries
  • Manage new lettings and renewals
  • Oversee property maintenance and repairs
  • Manage all property and business compliance matters
  • Provide weekly and monthly reports to the Business Manager
  • Find new client landlords and grow the business
  • Assist with new marketing strategies
  • Expand the business presence through social media
  • Attend networking events and property shows

What We Are Looking For: An enthusiastic, forward-thinking, and creative individual with excellent communication and people management skills. Attention to detail is crucial.
