Are you an experienced property manager with expertise in the HMO (Houses in Multiple Occupation) sector? We're seeking a dedicated, organised, and proactive HMO Property Manager to join our growing team. You'll manage a portfolio of HMO properties across Liverpool, ensuring compliance, high occupancy rates, and smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing HMO properties: Oversee tenant relations, property upkeep, and compliance with HMO licensing and regulations.
  • Tenant management: Handle tenant applications, screening, and ongoing communication, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Rent collection & administration: Ensure timely payments, maintain records, and report on financial performance.
  • Property maintenance: Coordinate repairs, conduct regular inspections, and ensure properties meet safety and legal standards.
  • Compliance management: Stay up-to-date with all HMO regulations, ensuring properties meet legal requirements.
  • Tenant turnover: Manage renewals and fill vacancies with quality tenants quickly.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in property management, particularly with HMO properties
  • Strong knowledge of HMO regulations and licensing standards
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with excellent communication abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Full UK driving licence is preferred
