About Us:

A long-established, build-to-rent developer with a portfolio of circa 500 properties in the Liverpool area. The team provides high-quality housing and excellent tenant services. The property portfolio comprises of a state-of-the-art PBSA units featuring a 5-a-side pitch, a cinema room, a games room, and a paddleboard pitch. PRS schemes, single residential lets and some commercial and industrial units.
They pride themselves as a family run business with a company culture that fosters long tenure of service; the last 2 hires within the business have been to replace retiring members of staff, including this hire. As a build to rent developer they are well-equipped to handle their maintenance in house and the Property Manager will be supported significantly in this area by a dedicated maintenance office and field team.


The Property Manager will be directly responsible for managing the PRS residential side of the business and some commercial and industrial lets. Main duties of the role include

  • Conducting property viewings.
  • Vetting potential tenants.
  • Managing tenancy agreements.
  • Handling escalated tenant complaints.
  • Supporting the finance team in achieving rent collections on time.
  • Visiting tenants in arrears.


Role Requirements:

  • Experience in property management, including tenant vetting and lettings.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to handle escalated tenant complaints professionally.
  • A full UK driving licence.
