Description

  • Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
  • Coordinate with tenants and landlords, ensuring effective communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance of properties, ensuring that they are in excellent condition.
  • Conduct property inspections and produce detailed reports.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Negotiate lease renewals and manage end of tenancy processes.
  • Work closely with the Construction department to ensure properties are fit for purpose.
  • Continuously strive for improvement in the property management process.

Profile

A successful Property Manager should have:

  • A strong knowledge of the Property industry and Construction processes.
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A knack for problem-solving and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • A solid understanding of property management regulations and practices.
  • Willing to have business insurance on the car.
