Job description: One of our distinguished clients in Merseyside are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Locum to join their team on an ongoing basis.

The client is looking for someone on a full-time basis, with the ideal candidate able to attend the office each working day.

Duties

Handling a standard caseload of Residential Conveyancing matters with minimal supervision from inception to completion
Dealing with both sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold files
Managing paper files

Hourly rate: DOE (outside IR35)
