Due to retirement, of our long serving Manager, we at LPS Real Estate have a vacancy for a Branch Manager position starting in January 2025 in Liverpool City Centre.

Background

LPS Real Estate was founded in 2005 by Property Solicitor and our Director Joe Gervin, and our company specialises in Lettings and Property Management. We have a niche sales business which the ideal candidate will hopefully assist with growing and expanding.

In 2021 we centralised our Liverpool offices in our newly fitted out offices on Tithebarn St, Commercial District Liverpool City Centre.

Moving into our 20 year anniversary in 2025 we are excited to work with a newly appointed Branch Manager, that will lead the team to greater profitability and portfolio growth.

The Role

The role with LPS Real Estate is to lead and manage in a positive and constructive manner, per below functions:

  • Drive revenue and look for new and innovative ways to increase overall lettings business
  • Attending and instructing lettings valuations
  • Overseeing an extensive portfolio of properties ensuring compliance and efficient management
  • Training, leading and mentoring a team to achieve high standards
  • Fostering a positive culture, motivating and leading your team from the front
  • Reviewing, analysing and improving process and procedure where necessary to optimise team and branch performance
  • Conduct 1:1’s for your team, recognising individual and team achievements
  • Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords and key stake holders
  • Management of escalation with tenants and landlords
  • Reporting on profit and loss and forecasting.
  • Staying informed and up to date on legislation and upcoming changes, ensuring your team are trained and adapting as required
  • Setting, maintaining and achieving targets

Experience

  • Extensive experience as a Lettings or Property Manager - ideally experience managing a team at Branch or assistant Branch manager level in the Merseyside area
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent (desirable)
  • Driven sales-focus approached.
  • Experienced leader and people manager.
  • Proven track record in driving business forward, managing risk, regulation, and generating new business.

The package

£32-35k basic (depending on experience) with high levels of commission for lettings and sales circa £55k OTE.
