Position: Estates Project Manager

Location: Liverpool

Pay rate: Between 30 and 34 per hour (through Umbrella/CIS company)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee several Estates Projects across an active site

Liaise with senior management to relay information regarding budgets and timescales

Manage contractors to ensure work is being done to strict Health & Safety standards

Communicate with estates, design and construction teams

Additionally, the successful candidate will undergo a DBS check.
