You'll look after a portfolio of rental properties, enjoying being your efficient, accurate self when it comes to the administrative support you'll provide to the management team, clients, tenants and suppliers. As well as getting your head round property management policies, procedures, regulations, and systems, you'll also be busy getting things done as you respond to the day-to-day needs of landlords and tenants.

路 Manage a portfolio of rental properties to a high standard.
路 Build open and positive relationships with clients.
路 Onboard new clients and property portfolios
路 Add new landlords, properties, tenants and tenancies to our property management system.
路 Be alive to what you can do to help your team meet its KPIs wherever possible.
路 Manage the maintenance of rental properties in line with legal requirements.
路 Ensure hard and soft copy data and emails are effectively managed and that the property management system is always up to date.
路 Deal with landlords' and tenants' queries verbally and in writing
路 Manage the registration and release of tenancy deposits.
路 Manage the portfolio's arrears levels and credit control procedures, taking steps to meet agreed targets and understand reasons for variations.
路 Keep landlords updated about issues relating to the management of their properties.
路 Apply our policies and procedures consistently and comprehensively.
路 Keep key information in house systems accurate and updated.
路 Keep Tenants in the loop about issues relating to their property and tenancy
Profile
路 12 months experience in a customer-facing role.
路 Willing to be out on site and travelling 5 days per week
路 A good standard of education with strong numeracy and literacy skills
路 The clear thinking and confidence to influence others and make sound business decisions.
路 Experience in managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
路 The kind of flexible, positive attitude that makes for excellent service and teamwork.
路 The ability to communicate clearly and confidently in writing and verbally.
路 Great, consistent attention to detail of the kind legal documents demand
路 A desire to develop astonishingly good customer service skills.
路 The ability to manage their workload, prioritise tasks and use time productively.

And, ideally, but not vital:
路 路 Experience in a property lettings or management role
路 路 Some experience of using property management systems
路 路 An ARLA qualification - or working towards one
NOTE: Driver's license and access to car in REQUIRED
Job Offer
路 Base salary, plus monthly car allowance AND 10% bonus quarterly (DOE)
路 Monday to Friday position - NO WEEKENDS OR EVENINGS!
