Student Accommodation ManagerFull Time, Permanent£32,000 - £35,000 DOELiverpool City CentreOffice BasedAn exciting full-time opportunity has arisen to join an expansive property and lettings company based in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. We are looking for an experienced Student Accommodation Manager to provide a comprehensive Property and Tenancy Management service for the company’s customers - acting as the key contact for our Student/Residential Development, dealing with tenant and landlord queries and providing excellent customer care.Job Details and Benefits:

Main duties and responsibilities:
  • Dealing with day-to-day tenant and landlord enquiries.
  • Conducting Viewings and ensuring full occupancy of both the Student and Residential units.
  • Following the student letting cycle in agreement with the company’s expectations.
  • Dealing with any formal complaints from tenants and landlords in line with company policy and
  • procedures.
  • Taking ownership for the block, conducting regular walk throughs of the blocks and taking immediate action to put right any issues identified.
  • Co-ordinating maintenance for properties including liaising with contractors and Landlords to ensure authorisation for work and the management of any associated invoices.
  • Property Compliance
  • Utility Management
  • Management of the renewal process
  • Processing end of tenancy notices including overseeing property check out inspections, authorising cleaning and repairs works, informing Landlords of any works required and obtaining authorisation, advising tenants of works completed post check out and ahead of deposit release.
  • Dealing with Deposit returns, processing invoices to allocate to deposits, organising deposit release, keeping Landlords informed of process and dealing with deposit disputes and associated evidence.
What we need from you:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a student lettings environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving lettings targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including listening, establishing rapport and demonstrating the
  • ability to manage complex issues in a calm and professional manner
  • Strong IT and communication skills
  • Excellent organisational, prioritisation and planning skills.
  • Professional conduct and attitude to enhance the company’s reputation.
