Temporary Receptionist cover.

We are currently recruiting for a large professional services company based in Liverpool city centre, who will require reception cover over the coming months. These may be full time hours or part time so we are looking for candidates who are quite flexible.

This role will consist of –• Taking inbound calls and distributing to the relevant people / departments.• Answering and sending emails.• Dealing with post.• Greeting visitors to the office and alerting the relevant staff.• Organising meeting rooms.• Assisting with any other forms of administration where required.

We are looking for candidates available immediately who can go in for a full training day and again be flexible to the days you can work. This will only ever be Monday to Friday but may be part time one week full time the next.
