Tradewind are working on behalf of a Liverpoolsecondary school who require a Full Time, Temporary School Receptionist.

This Liverpoolsecondary school need a School Receptionist who has worked in a school before and is familiar with the duties of this position. The working day is 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.

This job is a temporary role to start asap and is ongoing.

To be considered for this position you must:

  • Have previous experience of working as a School Receptionist
  • A sound understanding of the tasks associated with this position
  • Good admin skills.
  • Be able to work independently and confidentially.
  • Be a committed professional.
  • Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person.
  • Be polite, courteous
  • Be used to dealing with telephone enquiries
  • Be used to speaking to parents and students

You will need to :-

  • Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work).
  • Have satisfactory references.
  • Have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
  • Have the legal right to work in the UK.
