We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and efficient Senior Administrator / Receptionist to oversee office operations and provide essential support to our dynamic team. Based in modern, easily accessible offices, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, varied role.

About the Role:This is a full-time, office-based position, Monday to Friday, located in Liverpool City Centre. The successful candidate will be the face of the firm, managing the reception area while providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors with professionalism and friendliness
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and stocked with materials
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate team members
  • Organise and schedule meetings, book conference rooms, and arrange refreshments
  • Oversee office supplies and ensure equipment is maintained and fully operational
  • Manage incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
  • Assist with the onboarding of new employees, ensuring workspaces are ready and providing support
  • Provide general administrative support to the team, ensuring the smooth running of the office

  • Previous experience in Administration & Reception and supporting key stakeholders

  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office
