• Competitive starting salary: £26,000 - £30,000 with realistic OTE of £35,000 - £40,000 in your first year.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll play a vital role in connecting talented professionals with exciting opportunities in education. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing, interviewing, and placing candidates in both temporary and permanent roles.
• Crafting professional CVs and marketing candidates to clients.
• Building relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
• Achieving and exceeding targets to unlock your earning potential.
