This is the perfect opportunity to work a smaller Employee Benefits Consultancy who work with domestic and internal clients where you will be free from the politics and bureaucracy of the large corporate companies.

Role responsibilities

  • Partner with a portfolio of clients ranging in size and requirements and provide them with full consultancy services across their Group Risk (mainly), Health and Pension arrangements
  • Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to help with providing the best possible service
  • Take advantage of any new business and cross/up sell opportunities to continue expanding your portfolio

Role requirements

  • A proven track record of successfully partnering with clients
  • Strong knowledge across Employee Benefits with particularly in depth experience of Group Risk arrangements
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • The ability to work well as a team as well as independently when required
