What You'll Do

This is a key strategic role within Nurseplus. You will be responsible for leading our internal recruitment function across our UK business. Supporting hiring managers by attracting and selecting the highest quality candidates. You will have the opportunity to work on specific projects related to workforce planning and talent pipelines, enhancing the overall recruitment process and supporting the company in achieving its staffing needs efficiently.

You'll build relationships with all key stakeholders, ensuring a smooth recruitment process for candidates and contributing to the strategic growth of the company by hiring the best talent available. You will play a crucial role in mentoring new members of the talent team as we grow and implementing best practices in recruitment to ensure the business attracts and engages the best possible people at the right time

You’ll play a leading role in attracting and engaging the best talent in the market, presenting Nurseplus as a leader in our industry, supporting and helping to drive our teams and our business to success, inspiring and motivating them to help deliver exceptional care across a range of vital healthcare settings. From mental health and learning disability services to elderly care, nursing, and children’s services, your role will help to make a real difference in communities across the country, every day. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring our internal recruitment function makes a positive impact and influences change.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Lead and inspire our teams, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve success
  • Drive business growth, actively managing new roles and opportunities within our Residential and Community sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, staff and al stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner in our community
  • Sharp focus on achieving goals and driving growth
  • Play a key role in enhancing service delivery and raising brand awareness, contributing to the continued success of Nurseplus across the UK
