Revolution Recruitment Resources Ltd are working with a local Entrpreneur who is creating a Start up Recruitment Agency and is looking for a strong Recruitment Professional to head up and grow the business.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious recruitment professional who wishes to be part of the initial set up and growth of a new business. You will have free reign over all decisions for the company including what sectors to work in, the recruiting of other consultants (of which you will then manage) and the complete development of the company.

You will be bringing business into the company and servicing your clients whilst simulatenously bringing on new consultants to work under you and manage them appropriately.

Once the business has hit certain growth markers you will receive payrises for your continued work.

Person Specification

  • 3 years minimum as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
