Your skills in communication, organisation, and relationship-building make you an excellent fit for recruitment. As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll continue to support schools, help educators find the perfect roles, and positively influence students' futures - just from a new perspective.

• Competitive Salary - Earn a base salary of £28,000 - £30,000, with realistic first-year earnings reaching £35,000 - £40,000.

In your first year, you will:

• Identify and interview educators for both temporary and permanent positions.

• Build strong relationships with schools to understand their staffing needs.

• Prepare professional CV profiles to showcase candidates to potential employers.

• Work towards individual and team targets with support from experienced mentors.

• Earn commission with every successful placement.
