Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong relationship management skills. This role involves bringing in new clients as well as sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in various positions while ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates. The Recruitment Consultant will utilise various tools and platforms, to enhance recruitment efforts.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and organisational culture.
  • Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and lead generation strategies.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate placement while ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requirements based on organisational needs.
  • Provide regular updates to clients on recruitment progress and candidate status.
  • Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in recruitment or a similar role
  • Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience in lead generation techniques and social media management for recruiting purposes.
  • Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
