We are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our team on a full time, permanent basis recruiting in the Liverpool area (L3 9LQ). This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly successful team and be an integral part in the growth and success of the division.

What will you be doing as a Recruitment Consultant:

  • Business Development working on an established desk/area
  • Networking
  • Update and manage the candidate database
  • Reviewing candidate job applications
  • Pro-actively facilitate the matching process of candidate to client requirements using various job boards and LinkedIn
  • Pre-screening candidates in line with company standards
  • Administration of CRM system
  • General administration and compliance support

About You

  • We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant who is a team player and is results motivated
  • You will have a minimum of at least 1 years’ experience working at a similar level. This is a great opportunity to showcase your skills and be part of a team with a long track record of success.
  • Be able to bring new business in as well as manage existing relationships and fill vacancies. Keenness and a hunger for success is key!
  • Ideally hold a full UK Drivers Licence with access to vehicle for client visits.
