Job Description:

As a Recruitment Consultant specialising in Trades and Labour, you will play a pivotal role in matching qualified candidates with our client's staffing needs.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various trades positions including but not limited to construction, civil engineering and M&E roles.

- Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates to understand their requirements and preferences.

- Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.

- Conducting reference checks and background screenings to ensure the quality and reliability of candidates.

- Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and negotiation of job offers.

- Keeping a close eye on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to inform recruitment strategies and business decisions.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in Sales or similar role, preferably in the trades and labour sector.

- Strong understanding of trades and labour roles, requirements, and qualifications.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients and candidates.

- Proactive and results-driven attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field are desirable.
