We are seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving and/or industrial recruitment, with expertise in various recruitment tools and platforms.
Job Responsibilities:
- Full 360 Recruitment Consultant role supplying temporary or permanent workers into driving and industrial placements
- Exceed sales targets and weekly branch budgets
- Building relationships with clients through understanding of recruitment needs
- Account management
- Ensuring clients are well serviced and maintained
- Arranging meetings with new and existing clients
- Attracting candidates by drafting and placing adverts via online job boards
- Source, screen, interview, evaluate candidates and complete reference checks
- Matching workers to vacancies
- Rotating on call duties required
Technical Knowledge / Qualifications:
- Min 12 months experience working within Industrial / transport recruitment is essential.
- Experience of running a temp desk and high volume staffing.
- Successful business development skills
- Account management skills
- Proven record of success in B2B
- Target driven
- Excellent level of customer service
- Must be articulate and enthusiastic
- A self-starter with the desire to progress within their career
- Own transport is essential for this role
