You'll be...

Working as a 360 Recruitment Consultant
Hands on with business development
Building client relationships and managing accounts
Recruiting office staff across multiple disciplines
Carrying out all compliance tasks
Building your knowledge of recruitment legislation
Interviewing candidates and successfully placing the right people into the right jobs

What you'll need to succeed...

Sales experience would be preferred
Experience in dealing with people face to face or solid customer service skills
Commitment to provide a first-class service to our clients and candidates
Self-assurance and confidence, with a committed attitude to learning
A motivated and tenacious approach
An engaging personality - a positive attitude and great sense of humour
