• Competitive Salary - £28,000 - £30,000 base salary, with realistic first-year earnings of £35,000 - £40,000

Our industry-leading training programme will equip you with everything you need to know to become a successful Recruitment Consultant. You will receive ongoing mentorship and coaching to help you build confidence and develop key skills.

In your first year, you will:

• Source and interview candidates for temporary and permanent roles
• Create professional CV profiles for client marketing
• Work closely with sales teams to increase candidate placements
• Meet weekly targets and KPIs
• Earn commission at every stage of your progress
