Car Repair Specialist - French Speaking

My client is seeking a Car Repair Specialist to provide exceptional service and support for vehicle repair customers. Your role will be to to deliver and sustain a fantastic experience for all our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer first-line technical support via calls, emails, and other customer inquiries.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues for cars, light goods vehicles (LGVs), and heavy goods vehicles (HGVs) across all brands, providing expert guidance to customers.
  • Follow established processes for resolving issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Record and monitor all service incidents in the internal management system.
  • Collaborate with teams and locations involved in customer support.
  • Assist in the development of FAQs and knowledge base resources.
  • Maintain professional communication with a diverse range of customers.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience working in automotive workshops, handling cars and/or LGVs/HGVs.
  • Qualifications in automotive mechanics or electronics (e.g., Master Mechanic, Automotive Mechatronics Technician, or Service Technician).
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.
  • Professional and confident telephone communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and methodical problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Basic IT knowledge.
