Research & Insight Manager

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000

Location: Liverpool/Hybrid

Jellyfish Recruitment are excited to be working exclusively with an award-winning & socially focussed research organisation who are now looking for a Research & Insight Manager to join their team.

You'll have the opportunity to work across across a range of creative mixed-methods research projects, covering a variety of topics/sectors including behavioural insights, non-for-profit, social & public research, co-creation & digital innovation.

Key Duties: 

  • Overseeing a variety of quant & qual projects, including survey design, moderating focus groups, data analysis & report delivery.
  • Acting as a strategic partner to clients, offering insights & recommendations to shape community engagement, social change, behavioural research & insight.
  • Presenting recommendations & creative insights while working closely with senior leadership on new proposals.

About You: 

  • Proven quantitative & qualitative research experience, with the ability to extract meaningful insights for clients.
  • Strong client management & communication skills.
  • Excited about developing your research & leadership expertise in an organisation that prioritises career growth & learning opportunities.
