We're seeking a dedicated Technical Projects Manager to oversee our new product introduction and process change linking all other manufacturing departments.

Description

The Technical Projects Manager will report directly to the Operations Director and will:

  • Lead on all new product introduction, process and quality improvements
  • Lead projects across the organisation
  • Monitor operational performance and suggest improvements.
  • Lead on regulatory compliance with with a customer focused approach.
  • Work closely with other departments to improve overall productivity.
  • Analyse and manage project risks and issues.
  • Prepare reports and conduct regular performance reviews.

Profile

The Technical Projects Manager will posses a range of the following:

  • Relevant academic qualifications in Engineering & Science based field.
  • Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.
  • Proven experience in technical projects based role or similar.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Offer
