Description
The Technical Projects Manager will report directly to the Operations Director and will:
- Lead on all new product introduction, process and quality improvements
- Lead projects across the organisation
- Monitor operational performance and suggest improvements.
- Lead on regulatory compliance with with a customer focused approach.
- Work closely with other departments to improve overall productivity.
- Analyse and manage project risks and issues.
- Prepare reports and conduct regular performance reviews.
Profile
The Technical Projects Manager will posses a range of the following:
- Relevant academic qualifications in Engineering & Science based field.
- Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations.
- Proven experience in technical projects based role or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
- Salary of £45,000- £55,000
- Car allowance
