Bem Brasil is an award winning authentic churrascaria style restaurant. We are established since 2007 bringing the Brazilian cuisine to Manchester and Liverpool.

At Bem Brasil we are looking for an experienced and talented General Manager to join our team and help us drive our business forwards.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day to day running of the venue. You'll need to be confident, organised, energetic and brilliant at managing people and developing teams.


The main role of the General Manager

  • We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional to deliver on our core mission;
  • Develop your team, deliver financial targets, fantastic service, food and drinks that customers want to keep coming back for.
  • Company standards are maintained.
  • Revenue and cost targets are met.
  • Wage budget percentages are met.
  • The venue is fully compliant with all legal, health & Safety and EHO requirements.
  • Lead from the front, creating a fun and dynamic work environment, and develop the team from junior to senior staff ready for the next challenge.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years working as a General Manager in a fast paced restaurant.
  • A good communicator with a passion for managing and developing people.
  • A positive outlook that can motivate and inspire the team.
  • Comfortable making tough decisions.
  • A great eye for detail.
  • Experience of running bars, restaurants and kitchens.
  • Able to thrive under pressure.
  • A passion for food and drink.

Renumeration:

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £42,000.00 per year
