We have an exciting new vacancy for a Restaurant Manager atTheAdelphi Hotel in Liverpool. The Adelphi is agrand and historic landmarkLocated in the heart of Liverpool city centre, just 5-minute walk from Liverpool Lime St Station,With 402 bedrooms and 14 versatile conference suites, accommodating up to 850 delegates, this large hotel is a popular choice for a variety of events, including wedding receptions.

Your main duties will include:

  • Ensure the highest standards of food and beverage service.
  • Recruit, train and develop restaurant staff.
  • Rota staff according to company standards.
  • Promote food and beverage sales.
  • Communicate with the kitchen to ensure efficient food service.
  • Ensure Health, Safety and Hygiene procedures are maintained to company standards.
  • The successful candidate will have previous similar experience as a Restaurant Manager or Supervisor ideally within a hotel. You will communicate effectively with other managers, staff, and guests.
