We're excited to work with one of our esteemed clients, a leading provider of social housing maintenance services, to recruit for the role of Roofer. The successful candidate will service properties across the Liverpool Area.

You will be required to work on tenanted properties to complete responsive maintenance and repairs.

Pay Rate: 19CIS (Temp to Perm Position)

Responsibilities:

Conduct roofing installations, repairs, and maintenance.
Work on various roofing projects, ensuring safety and quality.
Meet client expectations and safety standards.

Requirements:

NVQ or equivalent in Roofing.
Full UK Drivers Licence
Experience in social housing maintenance and customer-facing roles.
Ability to work efficiently and independently.

Skills Needed:

Renew slates and tiles etc
Renew Felt and Batten
Pointing
Lead work.
Repair flat roofs.
