Exciting opportunity within one of the fastest growing housing associations in Liverpool for an experienced Roofer.
Our client is one of the fastest growing housing associations across the northwest with ongoing exciting opportunities.
They are now recruiting for a Roofer to join their repairs and maintenance team.
Rate: 19.00 per hour PAYE UMBRELLA
Your Duties will include:
- Responding to reactive maintenance needs / repairs by appointment
- Carry out all aspects of roofing maintenance
- Use the company van safely and efficiently
Requirements:
- Roofing Occupations NVQ / relevant tickets
- Have substantial experience in roofing, maintenance and construction within the social housing industry
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- CSCS card
- Obtain good customer care skills
