We are seeking an Account Executive to play a key role in managing finance applications from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, ensuring excellent customer outcomes, and working in a dynamic, growing environment.
About the role
Title: Account Executive
Location: Liverpool City Centre
Role: Full time, office based
Hours: Mon - Fri, 9-5pm?
Salary: up to £35K per annum plus commission - OTE 50K
Benefits: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, pension, private medical, growth opportunities
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to drive business growth.
- Proactively manage and update the customer database, identifying new opportunities and securing repeat business.
- Guide customers through the finance application process, ensuring smooth and efficient processing.
- Work closely with internal teams and external lenders to ensure high service standards are met.
- Review financial documents and liaise with underwriting teams to secure funding approvals.
- Ensure all documentation is accurately processed and deadlines are met.
- Provide outstanding customer service and support throughout the finance journey.
- Continuously seek ways to improve processes and enhance customer experience.
Experience Required:
- Previous experience in finance, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial documentation.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer outcomes.
- Experience working within financial services or SME lending is a plus but not essential.
