The Role:

As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and enhancing our market presence in the foodservice sector. Your responsibilities will include:

  • 85% New Business Development Proactively identify and secure new customers within the foodservice industry.
  • 15% Account Management Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Client Meetings Organise and attend client meetings to showcase our premium range of fresh seafood offerings and highlight the value we bring to their business.

Who Were Looking For:

To succeed in this role, were seeking a highly motivated and experienced B2B sales professional with the following:

  • B2B Sales Experience Ideally within the foodservice or hospitality industry, although other relevant experience will be considered.
  • Strong Negotiation & Relationship-Building Skills Ability to foster long-term business relationships and secure high-value deals.
  • Self-Motivated & Confident Comfortable with cold calling and client meetings to generate new business opportunities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence As this is a field-based role, a valid driving licence is required.
