Location: Manchester, York, Newcastle, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield, Carlisle, Durham

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 basic (OTE £75,000 - £80,000)

Benefits: Electric car allowance (£650/month), 22 days holiday (after 3 years this will increase by 1 day per year), Perkbox, and other company benefits

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to join our team and expand our presence across the North of England and Scotland.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be the face of our brand, responsible for growing our customer base and nurturing strong relationships. Youll be targeting a diverse range of clients, including:

  • Tourist attractions
  • Small restaurant chains
  • Independent restaurants
  • Dessert shops

Key Responsibilities include

  • Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the defined region.
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to drive growth across your territory.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with the marketing and product teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

The Person

Were looking for a proactive and results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and experience within the Foodservice sector.

Candidates must have experience of sales into the Foodservice sector.

Experience selling capital equipment into the sector will be of particular interest

We also welcome applications from driven, new business orientated candidates with experience of selling other product ranges into Foodservice and hospitality

Candidates must have a structured approach to managing a large area and be able to formulate a new business plan alongside effective account management.
