We are currently seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our client as a Customer Accounts Administrator. This junior position is based in Liverpool and offers immense potential for growth and development within the customer accounts team. Location: Liverpool
Type: Permanent, Monday-Friday schedule
Salary: 30k per annum
Responsibilities:
- Assist senior account managers with customer enquiries, contract sales, and data analysis
- Coordinate various reports, including commercial, financial, and credit reporting
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work closely with the Head of Customer Accounts to address customer issues
- Collaborate with the customer accounts team to drive customer satisfaction and maximise efficiency
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and numerical skills
- Self-motivated and commercially driven
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
Desirable Experience:
- Working knowledge of SAP
- Possession of a driving licence
- Previous experience in an office environment
- Degree in business, economics, mathematics, or a similar field
