Adaptable Recruitment is seeking a Retail Assistant for a family-run company in Liverpool with a focus on Jewellery Sales.
The position offers a salary of up to £25,500 depending on experience and includes 25 days of holidays plus bank holidays.
Working hours are from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, five days a week, including Saturdays.
Candidates should have experience in retail jewellery sales and pawnbroking, along with strong customer communication skills.
The role involves creative input for store presentation, cash handling, and the flexibility to adapt to changes in the work schedule.

Main Responsibilities to include:

Excellent customer communication skills.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Creative input for window displays and store presentation.
General cleaning and restocking duties.
Flexibility to accommodate any changes to regular days off.
Strong punctuality and reliability.
Cash handling and till operation.
Experience in retail jewellery sales and pawnbroking services.
IT and social media skills for marketing and customer engagement.
The confidence & ability to up-sell and grow revenue.
