We are currently recruiting an experienced Accounts Assistant to work for one of our property management companies based in Liverpool. Working 25 - 30 hours per week over 5 days paying a competitive salary of 27K pro-rata.
What will you be doing as an Accounts Assistant?
We are looking for an experienced candidate with purchase ledger/ bookkeeping experience.
- Processing purchase invoices onto the in-house computer system
- Reconciling invoices to statements monthly
- Daily bank reconciliations
- Inputting rental payments onto the in-house computer system
- Sending our ground rent payments to residents
- Updating their in-house system called Qube
- Answering the phone
- General office duties
We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:
- Previous purchase ledger/bookkeeping experience
- Familiar with reconciliation of invoices and statements
- May have experience working within a property management company
- General accounts knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
- Competent using IT systems
- Able to accommodate 25 - 30 hours per week across 5 days
