Description

You will be part of a team where you all ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, making sure the digital invoicing connection with clients stays strong and hassle-free. If you like variety and keeping things organised, this is the kind of role where you'll thrive.

You'll support the onboarding process, keeping things up to date by tracking client guidelines and making sure everything's set up right from the start. You won't be doing this alone, though-you'll be working alongside the Risk, Legal, and Credit Control teams, helping to ensure everything flows seamlessly from day one.

You'll get the chance to work directly with client teams, making sure we have all the info we need and keeping clients and fee earners in the loop on how everything is progressing. It's all about teamwork and communication here.

On the day-to-day, you'll keep things ticking by reconciling accounts, resolving queries, and supporting the internal processes that keep us running. You'll be the person who ensures everything's uploaded in the right place, on time, and that all queries are sorted quickly. It's all about making the process feel easy and smooth for everyone involved.

And of course, you'll play an important role in making sure all invoicing is handled efficiently and promptly, keeping everything in sync so the clients stay happy and the team is always on top of things.

Profile

What makes a great Billings Assistant? Well, it's someone who's got a solid foundation in finance or accounting, but also loves diving into numbers with precision and detail.
