Job Description: A dedicated Purchase Ledger to support finance and procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of financial and purchasing functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing of invoices, goods receipting, payments, statements.
  • Dealing with any supplier/invoice queries in a fast and efficient manner
  • Support month-end closing activities
  • Answering incoming calls and emails and assisting with general queries, coordinating payment plans
  • Placing Purchase Orders as necessary
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Maintain and update supplier information and purchase records.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure purchasing needs are met efficiently.
  • Provide administrative support to the finance and procurement teams.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an accounts, or/and Purchasing role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software Sage beneficial.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
