10-Month Contract QC Lab Assistant - Based on Site in Liverpool

Shift Rotation: 5 On, 3 Off

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Science Graduate to join our team as a QC Lab Assistant. This role is ideal for someone with initiative and the ability to handle sample shipments efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the QC department with sample shipments.
  • Record, log, and move samples.
  • Perform hands-on testing (20% of the role).

Qualifications:

  • Science-related degree.
  • Proven GMP background in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience with Quality Control testing techniques and industry practices.
  • Proven time management skills for planning and scheduling work.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Experience in data trending/software packages (JMP) desirable.
