They are looking to appoint a Science Teacher to join the school after Easter permanently. The school are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic Science Teacher to join a successful department and work in a thriving environment.

Job summary

  1. Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across KS3 - KS4, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning (experience teaching Chemistry to KS4 is desirable).
  2. Planning and Preparation: Develop well-structured and creative lesson plans, tailored to the needs of the students and aligned with the curriculum.
  3. Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment, effectively managing student behaviour and fostering a love for Science
  4. Assessment: Implement effective assessment strategies to monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.

The successful candidate for this role will have previous UK teaching experience and the ability to deliver lessons to a high standard consistently. You will be joining a successful Science department, so the right candidate will have high aspirations for themselves and their pupils.
