The school was graded as 'Good' by Ofsted in February 2023.
They are seeking to appoint a dynamic, ambitious and inspirational Teacher of Science to cover a term of maternity leave from September 2024 to December 2024. You will have a thirst for knowledge and the drive to succeed, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to teach Science up to KS4.
Behaviour on the whole is positive and any isolated issues are dealt with by a positive, pro-active "on call" team with a wealth of experience in pastoral matters.
The position is open to NQT's/ECT's and more experienced colleagues. You will be paid to scale from day one of this assignment and we are available to discuss this role with teaching professionals as soon as possible.

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Science Graduate, with a 2:2 or higher
- UK Qualified Teacher Status is essential for this role
- Previous experience working in a UK school
- Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
- Hold Right to Work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide two professional child related references
