Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Service Engineer based in Liverpool.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and maintenance services for coding and marking equipment.

The position involves travel across the UK, ensuring clients receive prompt and effective assistance wherever they are located.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, commission, and maintain coding and marking equipment at customer sites.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal downtime for clients.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and calibration of equipment to optimize performance.
  • Provide comprehensive training to clients on the use and maintenance of our products.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience carrying out installations, servicing, and commissioning on a production equipment
  • Desirable to have engineering experience within the coding and marking industry.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
  • Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the UK, with occasional overnight stays required.
  • Full UK driving license is essential
