Renowned for their commitment to legal excellence, our client provides a collaborative and innovative work environment.As the Head of Department, you will be entrusted with leading and managing the Court of Protection Team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional legal services. Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day operations of the Court of Protection Team.
Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Ensuring compliance with legal regulations and internal policies.
Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Requirements:

Substantial experience in a similar leadership role within Court of Protection.
Proven success in managing and developing high-performing teams.
In-depth knowledge of Court of Protection processes and regulations.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A client-centric approach with a commitment to delivering excellence.
