We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our Children’s Residential Support Team! Our home provides outcome-based support in a safe, welcoming, homely, and stimulating environment. About the Role:
In this role, you will be working in a 7-day rolling rota, providing both day (7:30 am - 9:00 pm) and waking night (8:30 pm - 8:00 am) support—there are no day-only roles. You’ll be responsible for delivering personal care and helping to create a nurturing, therapeutic environment for children with complex medical needs and sensory impairments. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and tailored support to children with complex needs and sensory impairments.
- Help create a safe, welcoming, and therapeutic home environment.
- Support children with daily activities, contributing to their personal development and well-being.
- Work as part of a long-term, supportive staff team creating a true house family environment.
- Follow individual care plans and ensure the physical, emotional, and social needs of the children are met.
- Engage with the children in a stimulating and compassionate manner, promoting positive outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:
- A caring and empathetic nature with a desire to work with children with complex needs.
- The ability to provide personal care and work compassionately with children who are unwell.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including days and waking nights, on a rotational basis.
- A driver’s licence is beneficial but not essential.
- A commitment to providing the best care possible and helping children thrive in a therapeutic setting.
