We are looking for a compassionate Community Support Worker to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves working with an older gentleman, helping him engage in a structured programme of activities within the community to promote his independence. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role and a passion for supporting others.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Engage the service user in a variety of community activities that promote independence and social interaction.
  • Plan and execute a structured programme of activities tailored to the service user’s interests and needs.
  • Monitor the service user’s progress and adapt activities to ensure they are beneficial and enjoyable.
  • Provide companionship and support during activities, fostering a positive and supportive relationship.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working in a similar role in the UK.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A genuine interest in promoting independence and quality of life for elderly individuals.
